Upload an XRD file (CSV / TXT / XLS / XLSX / ASC) or try a Demo. Peaks are detected with a derivative + local-prominence method. The app computes d, FWHM, Scherrer size D, and performs a Williamson–Hall fit.
If no peaks are found, the app relaxes thresholds automatically.
